High-end, built-in and commercial equipment may cost more. A $99 diagnostic is charged if you do not proceed with a repair. When a repair is approved, the diagnostic credit is included in the written estimate; it is not an extra discount applied twice.

The diagnostic visit covers troubleshooting to identify the likely cause of the failure. If you choose not to proceed, the $99 diagnostic fee remains payable. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic amount is credited against the agreed repair total.
Before any repair begins, we provide an estimate for approval. Some repairs may involve special-order parts and additional terms. View our service policies before authorizing work or making payment.
Qualifying repairs completed with parts supplied by ChanuFix include a three-month limited warranty on those replacement parts and related installation labor. The warranty applies to the original repaired issue, not unrelated failures, misuse or external damage.
Cleaning, maintenance, defrosting, installation of customer-supplied parts, and installation of customer-supplied appliances do not include an additional ChanuFix service warranty. Customer-provided parts are not covered by our parts warranty. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Final repair scope, price, payment terms and warranty exclusions are shown in your written estimate or service documentation. Please review them before approving work or paying a deposit.
