Write down the symptoms

Do not unplug equipment merely for diagnosis unless it is unsafe to leave connected. For gas leaks, smoke, sparking, flooding or other hazards, stop using the equipment and follow emergency safety guidance.
Pets and access
Secure pets and let us know about gates, parking or access instructions ahead of time.
Model number and photos
Photograph the model label and damaged area if accessible without disassembly.
Confirm the visit
