Diagnostic visit
The diagnostic service fee is $99. If a qualifying repair is approved, one $99 credit is applied toward the final repair total. If the repair is declined, the diagnostic fee remains due.

Billing basics
When payment is due
Your estimate and invoice should clearly show the work performed, charges, credits, and remaining balance.
Approved repair
After diagnosis, you receive a proposed repair price for your approval. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the approved service.
Parts-order terms
Some approved repairs require ordering parts. Any applicable deposit, cancellation, and refund terms are provided before the customer authorizes payment. See Warranty & Policies.
