Find the identification label on your appliance so we can check parts and plan your visit.
Where to find the model number
Manufacturer labels vary by brand and model. Find the model number and, when available, the serial number. Take a clear photo of the label rather than typing a long code.
Washers
Check under the lid, around the door opening, on the back panel or beneath the control panel.
Dryers
Open the door and check the door opening or cabinet frame. Some labels are on the rear panel.
Dishwashers
Check the door edge or surrounding frame with the door open, usually along the left or right side.
Ovens & ranges
Look around the oven door frame, storage drawer opening or beneath the cooktop on some models.
Ice makers
Check the inside cabinet wall, access panel or rating plate. Commercial equipment may have multiple identification labels.
Helpful photos to send: the complete model/serial sticker, a photo of the whole appliance, and a photo of any error code. Do not remove covers or expose electrical parts just to find a label.
