Confirm your appointment
We review availability and contact you to confirm the appointment. Requested times are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Diagnosis and repair estimate
We inspect the appliance, explain our findings, and provide an estimate before any repair is approved. The diagnostic service fee is $99. If you approve a qualifying repair, one $99 diagnostic credit is applied toward the repair cost.

Repair and follow-up
When the required parts are available, we perform the approved repair and check operation where possible. If parts must be ordered, we arrange a return visit once they arrive.
A $99 diagnostic fee is payable if the recommended repair is declined. Final repair pricing depends on the appliance, fault, required parts, and labor. Review our warranty and service terms before approving a repair.
